CDL School Inc. is state-licensed in Florida and Tennessee, where we operate our training campuses. We’ve earned national recognition, including being named School Partner of the Year in 2024 by Covenant Transport.
Our Story
CDL School Inc. was founded in 2020 by Shawn and Priscilla Davis, two people who know firsthand how trucking can change your life.
Shawn Davis, the Director of CDL School Inc., worked for years as a flatbed truck driver, operations manager, and instructor at other CDL schools before deciding to start his own. He knows what it takes to succeed on the road.
Priscilla Davis started as a student driver before moving into administrative and human resources roles. She understands what students need to succeed both in training and on the job.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, they launched CDL School Inc. with one campus in Tennessee. Since then, CDL School Inc. has branched out to Jacksonville, Florida, and built strong partnerships with over 50 major trucking companies, including Werner, Schneider, TMC, and Eagle Transport.
